NEW HEATER AND CONTROL SYSTEMS
We have been providing Oxy-Fuel, Air-Fuel and Air-Oxy-Fuel ladle heaters and dryers for over 23 years. With the new requirements in refractory, it is essential to have the correct, flexible equipment. O2 Systems has a full line of heaters that will suit your needs. We provide Vertical, Horizontal and crane pick applications.
With our PLC / HMI controlled heaters, operations can select (or add) from multiple heats up applications. Such as FAST HEAT, GREEN SOAK, GRAY SOAK, DRYING SOAK. The system HMI displays all operational parameters and self-diagnostics. Ladle Temperature set points and time parameters, gas consumption, data inquiry, alarm conditions, and more is visually displayed. This system can also be Ethernet connected to provide remote location data acquisition.
The system can be provided with Inferred or Thermocouple (or both) control and the system is built to allow the application of multiple temperature monitoring / control units (such as vertical heater top and bottom). Standard simple temperature controller units can also be supplied.
With the new refractory applications Smoke and fumes have become an issue. O2 Systems also provides Fume and Smoke collection systems specific for Ladle Heater & Dryers.
